2. Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display product details and colors as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur due to screen differences.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not mean automatic acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
    • Payment or fraud-related concerns

4. Payments

We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets). All online transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of product damage or loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Return/Exchange requests must include a mandatory unboxing video.
  • Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information while placing an order. Misuse of the website (fake orders, repeated COD refusals, fraud attempts) may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, product designs, images, and content on this website are the property of FASHION4WORD. Copying, reproducing, or misusing our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for slight variations in product color, size, or fit.
  • Delays in delivery caused by courier partners.
  • Losses resulting from misuse or improper handling of our products.

10. Governing Law

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
