Return & Exchange Policy — FASHION4WORD
Simple, transparent process for returns & exchanges.
1. Return / Exchange Window
Requests must be placed within 5 days from delivery date. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
2. How to Place a Request
Use our website’s Return/Exchange option only. For self-shipped returns, update courier tracking details on the website.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed online only — to the original payment method (prepaid) or to your bank account (COD orders). No cash refunds.
4. Exchange Policy
- If new product value is higher → pay the difference.
- If lower → balance will be refunded.
- Once exchanged, product cannot be returned or exchanged again.
5. Pickup & Self-Shipping
Free pickup within 1–3 business days (if serviceable). Else, self-ship to our warehouse with Order ID & Return ID inside the parcel. Self-shipped orders must be sent within 5 days of request.
6. Processing Timeline
Pickup → 6–7 days transit → 2–3 days inspection → Refund/Exchange. Total time: 10–15 business days.
7. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
Report within the return window. Replacement or refund after verification.
8. Product Eligibility
- Unused, unworn condition with tags & packaging.
- Mandatory unboxing video for all requests. Without video → request rejected.
- Subjective reasons like "didn’t like" will not be accepted.
- Charges: ₹99 for Returns (deducted), ₹99 for Exchanges (added).
