1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. In rare cases an item may be out of stock and processing could take slightly longer.

Tracking details can be shared via WhatsApp if requested by the customer.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

FreeStandard Shipping on all orders across India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days from dispatch.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with no extra charges. We may ask for confirmation when necessary.
  • Prepaid orders: Card, net banking or UPI are processed faster as they require no additional verification.

3. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Deliveries

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or refund.

4. Order Tracking

Track orders directly from your account on our website. Tracking numbers are available after dispatch for real-time updates.

5. Local / Fast Delivery

For local orders (within Jaipur and nearby areas), deliveries are generally fast and efficient.

6. Potential Delays

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes or holidays, or other logistic/courier issues. We appreciate your patience if these rare events affect delivery.

7. Address Changes & Refunds

Please request address changes before dispatch through our Customer Care support. If an order cannot be delivered, the customer will receive a full refund.
